PatentItYourselfDavid Pressman, author and legendary San Francisco-based patent attorney, is the guest tonight on Got Invention Radio Presented by Inventors Digest.

Pressman is a giant in the intellectual property world and wrote the definitive do-it-yourself guidebook Patent It Yourself, which has sold more than 300,000 copies and spurred a host of imitators.

He’s also co-author of The Inventor’s Notebook, The Patent Drawing Book, Patents For Beginners, and Patent Pending In 24 Hours.

The former electronic engineer has more than 40 years’ experience in the patent profession – as a patent examiner, a corporate and independent intellectual property attorney, a columnist for EDN Magazine, and a patent law instructor at San Francisco State University.

A former member of Mensa, he has a B.S. in electronic engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and a J.D. from the George Washington University where he was on the Law Review.
