I will have a prototype of my invention ready in approx. 1 month.
I have not filed a formal patent application yet, but I do have a notarized, sealed effective patent pending document.
Is this suffiencient, or must I have filed for an actual patent to be qualified?

i have these two machines one is a 120vac 400watts 800watts peak 5 min,
i built 8 machines of this small size,i went back to the 3rd machine and perfected it now it works fine,its free electric,the other one it 10,000watts 240vac two phase 120vac 60amps each pole it dose not use any of the out puts to run the machine at all the generator out put is free to load to 90%
the last test was for 9 hours at 90%load it ran well no problems i built 6 machines of this kind the last one was the one that worked the best,
