WASHINGTON – The USPTO will host a free public webinar with senior agency officials on Monday, October 31, 2011 to discuss the America Invents Act (AIA). This historic legislation was signed into law by President Barack Obama on September 16, 2011. Participants in the webinar will outline the agency’s implementation plans, and answer a selection of questions submitted during the session.
