Motivate your child to come up with new ideas for fun backyard games or sporting goods and have him/her enter it to the Sports Authority Move It Challenge! The winning idea will receive $10K and an exciting celebration in Denver, Colo.
And that’s not all – 15 semifinalists will be flown to the Sports Authority Home Office for a celebratory judging event. All 15 will win $500 gift cards. Plus, four finalists will receive $1,000 each and a trip to Denver for the grand prize event! Deadline: January 3, 2011, 5pm (ET)
Use the following steps to help your child enter his/her idea!
Step 1: Have your kid sign up or login at
www.moveitchallenge.com
Step 2: Ask him/her to enter your email address under parent’s tab and send you a request to approve him/her to enter the challenge.
Step 3: Check your email for a permission request. Click on the link in the email. Sign up for a parent account and approve your child.
Step 4: In the account dashboard, ask your child to click on “Start an Idea to enter contest”.
Step 5: Ask your child to answer all questions and save the entry.
Step 6: Ask your child to submit the entry after you approve!
