Norm Goldstein, founder and CEO of By Kids For Kids, overseas an operation that works tirelessly to helpl youth commercialize their inventions.

Norm, a longtime friend of Inventors Digest, takes to the air tonight (July 30, 2011) as the featured guest on partner Got Invention Radio.

Norm partners with corporations to encourage young inventors through contests.  Several successful kid inventors who have been finalists or won contests will join Norm. The winners include those who’ve won contests sponsored by Sports Authority, the New York Stock Exchange and Nucor Steel.

The kids who will be featured are:

Fabian Fernandez from Texas – He created a kids financial tool app and won the NYSE contest.

Jared Knobbe from Nebraska – He and his partner Steven built a Nut and Bolt Chair and won the Nucor Steel Challenge.

Mitchell Haverfield, age 13 from Kansas – He was a semi-finalist in the Sports Authority contest.

Nicholas Fornario, age 19 from New York- He won the Sports Authority Move It grand prize.
