Miniwiz, a company out of Plano, Texas, has an eco-friendly way to recharge iPods, mobile phones, PDAs, mp3 players and digital cameras.
HYmini is a handheld, universal charger/adapter device that harnesses wind, solar power and conventional wall plug power to recharge almost all your 5V digital gadgets.
As with a hybrid automobile, more than one power source is used to collect energy: HYmini stores energy from various sources in its internal battery.
The device is pocket size and comes with five different outputs to charge all necessary gadgets. It costs about $50.
And, of course, it comes in recycled packaging.
