jlindsayJeff Lindsay, a registered U.S. patent agent, is the featured guest tonight on Got Invention Radio, the hit-show presented by Inventors Digest.

Show host Brian Fried and Jeff will explore the roles of patent agents, who can prepare, file, and prosecute patent applications.

The show will clear up a lot of misconceptions about patent agents and patent attorneys. Patent agents, for instance, don’t need law degrees. However, only patent attorneys can help clients with issues such as patent validity, infringement cases, and all patent litigation.

Can patent agents prepare, file and prosecute trademarks and service marks applications? Tune in tonight to find out.
